Joined as junior website designer to maintain an existing website. Have now progressed to become Senior Web Designer/Design Manager within the department and responsible for a number of website's layout design and developments.
My role involves designing, developing, construct, update and maintain websites. I routinely write html, css, php, mysql database, and perl as part of my work. I also have a working understanding of javascript, dynamic html as well as being proficient in flash action scripting.
Have extensive skills and experience in completing large to small scale applications. Experience of program lifecycle from requirement capture and proof of concept design through to testing and documentation. My strengths are in solving problems with thoroughness and efficiency. I also always enthusiastically enjoy learning new skills.
- Gained daily knowledge of PHP, Mysql database and perl with the aim towards development of dynamic contents update system that allowed editorially changes to web pages without the need to change web page codes.
- Gained Knowledge in writing Flash Action Script to develop a number of innovative interfaces to promote greater interactive experience with the 'surfer'

Created computer graphics that are incorporated into the production of Computer Based Training packages for the military and commercial sectors. Worked as a part of the team to create 2D and 3D technical illustrations, animations and cartoons for authoring packages. This job required good communication skills to liaise with subject experts and storyboard designers to ensure their requirements are captured. Graphics had to be produced at the utmost highest quality and accuracy and within strict deadlines. Therefore, good time management and working well under pressure were essential components needed to fulfil my job.
